I’m a mixed-methods UX researcher. I’ve worked in areas I am passionate about, including in E-Commerce, entertainment, and social media. My research skillsets can range from user interviews, concept tests, usability tests, to card sorting, surveys, literature review, and so much more. Curiosity is one attribute that drives me to grow and deep dive. Further, I love to experience new activities to broaden my understanding of the world and expand my perspectives.

I'm an accredited teacher specialising in Elementary School Education. As a bilingual teacher, I have taught immigrant students, A.D.H.D students, students with learning disabilities, talented students and aboriginal students in Taiwan and Vietnam. I design learning experiences to encourage critical thinking and creativity. Now, I raise UX Research maturity by mentoring fellow team members and sharing all things UX Research.

As an intercultural storyteller, I have hosted various shows and ceremonies throughout my life. In these events, I narrate performances so people understand the storyline, cultural background, and emotions happening. I interact with diverse audiences so they feel involved with the dialogues on stage. Now, I talk to people from all ages and locations to learn about customer needs and pain points.
